Good to know

Questions, answered

What kind of food does Kuuru serve?
Nikkei: Japanese technique with Peruvian flavor. The carte runs from nigiris and ceviche to sharing plates, mains such as the Niku Panca wagyu tataki and black cod, desserts, and mixology. Learn more about the cuisine in our story.
Does Kuuru serve alcohol?
No. The bar program is fully alcohol-free. The Mocktail Bar builds its mixology from the same two cultures as the kitchen.
Are the menus the same in Jeddah and Riyadh?
The True Nikkei core is shared and each kitchen keeps its own signatures. Jeddah leans on fresh Red Sea catch; Riyadh has dishes like Black Cod Criollo. Use the tabs above to compare, or download either PDF.
Can Kuuru host private dining or events?
Yes, in both cities. Write to the team through the contact page and they will build the evening around you.
